I’m so glad you found my website! I’m Julie Williams, a Certified Health Coach who is on a mission to help women look and feel confident, vibrant, and energized by losing weight and breaking free from the dieting roller coaster! After having my kids, working long hours and neglecting, I found myself 15 pounds heavier. Not only was I unhappy with how I looked, I hated how I felt - tired, achy, and moody all the time. I didn’t even have the energy to play with my kids! Plus, the mysterious medical symptoms that no one could explain. Finally, a diagnoses of rheumatoid arthritis.
It was time to make a change, and I realized that most of my life I was dieting, skipping meals, avoiding certain food groups! Skipping breakfast, grabbing processed snacks that I thought were healthy, diet drinks, sweet tea addiction I could go on. So, I did my research and learned how to get my life and health back on track. Within a few months, I had more energy, no less aches and pains, and as a bonus I started to notice the weight was coming off. I wanted to help other women get their confidence and energy back, so I became a Certified Health Coach!
